And all those letters will be waiting for jolly old St. Nick after he returns home from taking pictures with our guests! - - The Garden of Dreams was created by Bill “Doc” Roston and his wife Judy over the last 19 years, and stands as a tribute to what can happen when creative vision, hard work, passion, and resplendent nature come together. Springfield locals know of Doc's work from the Springfield Botanical Gardens in Close Memorial Park, where the "Dr. Bill Roston Native Butterfly House" has been named after him. - - The Garden is nestled at the center of 288 acres of pristine Ozark land, replete with springs, waterfalls, grotto, covered bridge, spring-fed lake, and reception pavilion. The Garden is also home to Honey Branch cave, a former show-cave with a near level grade making it perfect for casual exploration.
