Zio's Italian Kitchen's, Steven Rayl, is the featured chef for April. Chef Steven won 1st Place in the 2011 Harvest Soup Cook-Off fundraiser sponsored by Harvest On Wheels at the Greater Springfield Farmers' Market last Fall. - - Chef Steven will be selecting his fresh foods for his dish, Lemon Chicken Primavera, at the Market around 9:30 and start with his cooking demonstrations at 10:00. He will be preparing this dish several times from 10 till 1:00, showing a variety of ways to prepare the same dish, including a vegetarian version. Chef Steven enjoys a lot of back and forth conversation with people while he is cooking and will be happy to answer all of your cooking questions.
