Are you ready for the rock festival you wont ever forget! Springfield’s 1st Annual Rock-N-Rubber will feature dozens of bands, the hottest motorcycles and choppers from around the area. Amazing national rock acts, local and regional rock bands as well as the motorcycle show! - - Get your tickets early for this all ages show. This show is a 2 day event starting on Saturday May 19th and going strong until Sunday May 20th. Gates open at 10am and the show starts at noon each day. Join us for our First Annual Celebrity Shake Off, Presented by Shpilka, Samogon and Phenix Brands, LLC, to benefit The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. Come cheer on your favorite celebrity in a bartending challenge. Celebrity bartenders will be mixing drinks from 6-730pm, then they will be mixing a "signature drink" for the challenge. One lucky bidder gets a seat at the judges' table and sample each celeb's concoctions! One signature drink made by each celeb will be auctioned off to the highest bidder. Show your favorite bartender some love by tipping generously to help raise funds for LLS! Each dollar counts as a vote, so vote early and vote often!

Grace Potter & the Nocturnals' self-made 2005 debut album, Nothing but the Water revealed a musically sophisticated young band inspired by the music of the late '60s/early '70s. The follow-up, 2007's This Is Somewhere, confirmed that the band had no interest in following trends but was instead in pursuit of timeless expression as it forged its identity. On 2010's self-titled third album, GPN, toughened by a half decade of nonstop roadwork, flexed their rock 'n' roll muscles and confirmed that they were in it for the long haul.
