He faithfully captures the gentleness, sweetness, and improvisational aspects of Red Skelton, effortlessly becoming the Red-That-Was while simultaneously inventing a Red-That-Would-Have-Been. Red, White & Tuna takes us back to the tiny Texas town and into the hearts and minds of the polyster-clad citizens all played by two lightening-quick costume and wig changing actors. The town folks are busy with a trio of events: a 4th of July renunion and fireworks display, a wedding, and a pageant. Romantic mix-ups, the selection of a home-coming queen, a UFO sighting, hymns that need to be censored and some really bad potato salad set the stage for a show full of fireworks, side-splitting laughs and lots of fun.
