From 3 to 9 pm, patrons will be able to ice skate and play on inflatables from Amberg Entertainment in the Mediacom Ice Park, create art and crafts at The Creamery Arts Center, and enjoy the hands-on activities of the Discovery Center. The Springfield Cardinals will host the Midland Rockhounds at 5:08 pm at Hammons Field and then “Members Only” will be the featured headliner band after the game. The region’s largest fireworks show will begin at Hammons Field at 9:45 pm.

Breast Cancer Foundation of the Ozarks hosts their annual Pink in the Park, Springfield Cardinals game at Hammons Field. Come to the game and see all the players wearing their pink jerseys. Also participate in the silent auction including the Springfield Cardinals player’s autographed pink jerseys and 50 more coveted items. At the game there will be vendors and a Pink item giveaway sponsored by Rick’s Automotive for the first 2,500 people to arrive. Family and friends are all encouraged to buy tickets from BCFO. A portion of the proceeds will give help and hope to local families impacted by breast cancer.

Located in Dogwood Canyon, near Lampe, Missouri, these trail runs provide a glimpse into the incredible beauty of the Ozarks. The distance in miles is roughly 9, 15 and 30 miles. The terrain is hilly and challenging but it is worth the effort. Runners will run through at least 4 streams and can cool off in the water upon completion of their event.
