Springfield Dance Alliance is hosting its first annual Community Dance Slam! Participants of all ages, styles, and levels from the Springfield Area will be showcasing their talents as performers and choreographers in an informal showing at Clara Thompson Hall at Drury Campus. Participants have the option of submitting their work for adjudication and a few selected choreographers from the event will be invited to present their work in Springfield Dance Alliance’s 2012/2013 concert season and receive one choreographer membership free. Come out and support dance and all of the talented artists who create our dynamic arts community! - - Registration deadline for participants is August 15th.
