Join Jodelle Fitzwater, 200hour Registered Yoga Teacher, for a gentle, yet flowing yoga practice set to all the great classic rock ballads that you know and love. This 90 minute class will rock your “yoga socks” off and leave you relaxed, rejuvinated, and refreshed. Stay after for coffee and protein shake specials and relaxed mingling.
