Located in Dogwood Canyon, near Lampe, Missouri, these trail runs provide a glimpse into the incredible beauty of the Ozarks. The distance in miles is roughly 9, 15 and 30 miles. The terrain is hilly and challenging but it is worth the effort. Runners will run through at least 4 streams and can cool off in the water upon completion of their event. All participants receive long sleeve tech tees and 25K and 50K finishers receive trail run fleece. 50K finishers will also receive a medal.
