Point Performing Arts Open House will have a Raffle, Castle, Bounce House, Tights n' Things, Creator Designs and much more. Point Performing Arts has new owners who would like to show what changes they have made to the studio. Point has new classes like "Superstars class" for special needs children. Superstars was first offered this summer and will continue in the fall on Saturdays at 10 am.

A week of events celebrating the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Assemblies of God. Events include the AG USA centennial, World AG Congress and Global Church Planning Summit with dynamic services featuring musical guests and speakers from around the world. A moment like this only happens every 100 years!

Whiskey Jam is a monthly event at Lindbergs that will feature specials on whiskey, your favorite local folk/country/bluegrass/whiskey drinkin' bands and whiskey vendors putting their products on display.

Camp Challenge Trip: Paddy Creek Wilderness

Aug 5-7 - Tues 7:30am- Thurs 5:30pm

Youth 3-day, 2-night, supervised tent camping trips. Depart from Outdoor Initiatives in Valley Water Mill Park. Includes tents and equipment, 6 meals, snacks, and transportation. Showers only at Bennett Springs and Johnson's Shut-Ins State Parks. Registration required one week in advance.

2nd Annual Young Life Golf Tournament; 4 person scramble; Rivercut Golf Course; 7:00 check in; 8:00 shotgun start; $100 per player. Prizes for players, long drive, closest to pin, and hole-in-one. Lunch provided. Gather a team of four and support our kids. Seeking both sponsors and players.

This year marks the 25th anniversary of this premier stop on the PGA's Tour. Since 1990, the tournament has made a significant impact on the lives of children in the Ozarks and has raised more than $10 million. Proceeds help children receive health care services, send youngsters to summer camp, assist medical facilities with expanding services for children, help children with special needs and enhance the lives of the children in the Ozarks. There are many other events related to Price Cutter Charity Championship.

The Price Cutter Charity Championship presented by Dr Pepper is your chance to see the PGA’s future greats playing to give local kids great futures. This year we are celebrating our 25th tournament anniversary and our goal is to raise one million dollars! Since the tournament began in 1990, it has raised nearly $11 million for children’s charities throughout the Ozarks, and this year we want to add a million more. The Price Cutter Charity Championship presented by Dr Pepper (PCCC) is a PGA Tour golf tournament on the Tour. The event is played at Highland Springs Country Club in Springfield, and is the parent to myriad related events hosted throughout the Ozarks.

Lady Day At Emerson's Bar And Grill

The storyinspired by the legendary Billie Holiday starring Johnnie Angelia King. The play takes place in South Philadelphia in March 1959. Billie Holiday is performing in a run-down bar, during one of her last performances before her death in July 1959. She sings, accompanied by Jimmy Powers on the piano, and also tells stories about her life.
