Welcome to the Springfield, MO Convention & Visitors Bureau’s hotel reservation web site for conventions & events. 

Your group has asked that we provide this complimentary service and make all hotel reservations on this Web site.  This service will streamline the hotel reservation process when multiple hotels are utilized and makes it easier for you and your event coordinator. 

We regard all of your information with the strictest confidentiality.  Only your hotel choice information will be shared with the event coordinator. We do not sell your information or use it in any other way.
