Southwest Missouri is known for its many caves and we’ve got some good ones right around Springfield. Fantastic Caverns, Smallin Civil War Cave and Talking Rocks Cavern are all unique spots to explore an Ozarks cave. And of course, there is the enormous Marvel Cave at Silver Dollar City that opens for this season March 12.

National Christian HomeSchool Basketball Championships.
The 26th Annual National Christian HomeSchool Basketball Championships comes back to Springfield March 13-17. Players from more than two dozen states are expected to play in games at various venues in town. The games are free to the public.
