Gillioz Poster Auction

Recurring daily until Nov 1.

Some events listed here have been canceled or postponed due to the Covid-19 emergency. It is best to call ahead or check with the organizer's websites to verify the status of any local event.

Our stage has hosted a veritable Who's Who of entertainment over the years. We've hosted the very best in live music and comedy, and even television and film stars have shared their talents. The Gillioz has curated a remarkable catalog of artist signed, official event posters over the years for our archives.

For the first time, we have opened the vault and assembled an online auction of 99 select posters, the vast majority signed by the artists. Now this collection is available in a special online auction with funds earmarked to keep the theatre alive during this unprecedented shutdown.

Maybe you shared a special evening with one of these artists, maybe you are a fan looking for an autograph, or maybe just a supporter of the Gillioz and want to take part in this historic event - whatever your reason, here's your opportunity to own a piece of history!

These 11x17 unframed posters are officially curated pieces of Gillioz memorabilia. Certified and stamped on the reverse and verified as one of less than five in existence. Only one of each event is being offered to the public at this time.

You can view the catalog, place a bid and even make cash donations to support the Gillioz by visiting

This Gillioz Online Auction is one phase of a multi-phase campaign to help the Gillioz sustain the COVID shutdown.

With live touring at a complete standstill, the Gillioz has experienced a 100% loss of revenue as a result of the industry-wide entertainment shutdown. While it seems every industry has been impacted, not every industry has been EQUALLY impacted.

  • Live event venues were first to close.
  • Live event venues will be last to resume full operations.
  • Live events cannot financially function at reduced capacities.
  • As an independent venue, the Gillioz depends on community support to survive. We do not receive regular funding through corporations or city, county or state funding.
  • There remains no timeline for resuming live entertainment.
The Gillioz Center For Arts & Entertainment is a 501c-3 Not-For-Profit committed to preserving the historic Gillioz Theatre and enhancing life in the Ozarks through arts, education & entertainment. The Gillioz Theatre is on the United States Registry of Historic Places.

A thorough effort has been made by the Springfield Convention & Visitors Bureau (SCVB) to provide complete and accurate event listings. This information has been gathered from reliable sources, but it is still possible that all information may not be accurate. In addition, events are occasionally canceled, rescheduled, or postponed for a variety of reasons, and the SCVB is not always aware of these changes. As a result, the SCVB is not responsible for the accuracy of event information. It is recommended that participants verify information with the event organizer prior to attending or purchasing event tickets.
