When you meet Jane Rips, you’ll like her. Everyone does! Jane has an infectious smile, fun sense of humor, positive attitude and she’s got style.

That personality, along with a passion for setting goals and achieving them, makes Jane the perfect person to serve as one of the CVB’s partner development managers. Jane’s attention is dedicated to promoting the Marketing  Partnership Program, Visitors Guide, Passport To Family Fun Coupon Book, website, Meeting Planners Guide and airport advertising.

When she’s not working, Jane enjoys flower gardening, spending time outdoors, decorating her home and spending time with Charlie, a Bichon; Smokey, a cat; and Jim, her husband. She also is the organist at her church.

A native of rural Iowa where she grew up on a farm, Jane has degrees in business and as a legal secretary from Central Webster Community School and American Institute of Business in Iowa.
