Congratulations to CVB marketing director Laura Whisler, her husband Mark and their son Carson on the birth of twin baby girls on Feb. 5.
Jaylee Estelle was 4 pounds 8 ounces and Sydney Anne was 3 pounds 13 ounces.
Babies and mommy are doing well.
