The CVB staff represents the city at a variety of trade shows and educational conferences.
The trade shows allow staff to have face-to-face interaction with meeting and event planners and meet new contacts.
Educational conferences help staff stay abreast of trends in technology, marketing, sales and other areas that will make the bureau more effective in promoting Springfield as a travel destination.
