As a non-profit organization, the Springfield Convention & Visitors Bureau relies on the generosity of area businesses and organizations to assist in promoting the region to visitors.

The Springfield CVB operates the Visitor Information Center at the Jordan Valley Car Park on Historic Route 66 and the Information Kiosk at the Springfield-Branson National Airport. The centers utilize nearly 60 volunteers to assist with fulfillment services and welcome visitors to the Ozarks. Springfield’s visitors would not know about all the attractions, events, and opportunities without these dedicated individuals.

In appreciation of the volunteers that assist the Springfield CVB, a reception is planned during National Volunteer Appreciation Week, April 6-12. If you would like to donate gift items, gift certificates (any quantity) or attraction passes and coupons to show your appreciation for all that this group does to help your business, please contact Shelly Grauberger at sgrauberger@springfieldmo.org or call 417-881-5300, ext. 118.

Thank you for your time and we appreciate any level of participation you are able to provide. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact Shelly Grauberger at 417-881-5300 ext. 118.
