The sales department at the Convention & Visitors Bureau will be busy in November representing the city at a variety of conventions and conferences that will provide networking opportunities with meeting plans.
- Melissa Evans and a representative from a local hotel will attend Collinson Media - Rejuvenate Marketplace in Dallas.
- Lance Kettering will represent the city at the TEAMS Conference in Las Vegas.
Those events are one of many ways the CVB staff reaches out to meeting planners to tell about Springfield and the amenities the city offers for group events.
The list below represents groups booked by the CVB as well as groups booked directly through hotels and event venues. It does not represent every group coming to the city. The statistics represent anticipated attendees and room nights and are subject to change.
Learn more about how to get a group to the city by calling the CVB’s Sales Department at 417-881-5300 or 800-678-8767.
