Congratulations to DoubleTree by Hilton Springfield for receiving the 2016 Food and Beverage Excellence, Crystal Cookie for Teaching Kids to CARE and Travel with Purpose Brand Awards!

These annual recognitions celebrate the outstanding accomplishments by Hilton hotels and individuals around the world. As an award recipient, DoubleTree by Hilton Springfield has demonstrated the highest level of quality and service throughout the brand.

“DoubleTree by Hilton Springfield continues to make outstanding contributions to their guests, local community, and team members” said Brian Inman, general manager. “We are proud of our team and humbled to receive these prestigious awards”.

This is DoubleTree by Hilton Springfield’s first time winning the Food & Beverage Excellence Award. The F&B Excellence Award is presented to hotel properties with the highest guest satisfaction scores for Overall Breakfast Experience, Overall Restaurant Lunch/Dinner Experience and Overall In-room Dining/Room Service Experience.

The Crystal Cookie for Teaching Kids to CARE is presented to the hotel properties that best exhibit Hilton’s CARE Culture within the local community through high-level team member engagement in Teaching Kids to CARE activities. This is the second time the award was presented to the team at DoubleTree by Hilton Springfield.

“The DoubleTree CARE Culture allows our team to not only spread joy through hospitality, but to also impact our local community and the kids in a really positive way,” said Stacy Cardwell, CARE Committee President for 2016.

The Travel with Purpose award is a sustainability award presented to properties that reach overall energy goals. Sustainability is a huge part of the culture at the DoubleTree By Hilton Springfield and also within O’Reilly Hospitality Management. This is the fourth year in a row the DoubleTree by Hilton Springfield has been honored for efforts to help lessen the hotel’s carbon footprint.
