Kids are back in school and the fall convention season is about to begin. Where did summer go!?
Time flies when you’re having fun and lots of people have had fun in Springfield this year and will have fun in the coming months when they attend the conventions and other group events listed below.
Among the largest of those groups are the following:
- Oct. 12-14 - Lake Country Soccer Sport Shake Fall Classic, 2,400 room nights, 5,000 attendees
- Oct. 22-23 - Missouri Baptist Convention Annual Meeting, 1,320 room nights, 600 attendees
Other large groups booked in the city in the next couple months include those listed below. The list represents groups booked by the Convention & Visitors Bureau as well as groups booked directly through hotels and event venues. It does not represent every group coming to the city. The statistics represent anticipated attendees and room nights and are subject to change.
