Lisa Perez, CVB Sales Manager

CVB sales manager Lisa Perez will host an informational meeting about obtaining a certified meeting professional designation from 5:30-6:30 p.m. Oct. 18 at the CVB offices, 815 E. St. Louis St. in the ground floor of the parking garage.

Perez, who obtained her CMP in 2011 will tell you everything you want to know about the application process, cost of application and sitting for the exam, as well as study materials required and exam dates.

The CMP program was launched in 1985 by the Convention Industry Council and is recognized as the badge of excellence in the meeting, convention, exhibition, and event industry. Click here to learn more.
