The Convention & Visitors Bureau launched a fun activity today that should create a buzz all over the city for the next year.
The Ozarks Coffee Trail allows patrons at participating coffee shops to check in online with a four-digit code after making a qualifying purchase. With check ins at 10 or more shops, participants are eligible to receive a free commemorative ceramic coffee mug while supplies last. The program ends Sept. 30, 2022.
Launched on National Coffee Day, the program is modeled after the popular Ozarks Tap and Pour Craft Beverage Tour the CVB developed in 2018 with local breweries, wineries and distilleries. Tap and Pour rewards participants this year with a T-shirt.
“Themed trails are a fun way to get locals and visitors out and about so they see more of what the city has to offer,” said Megan Buchbinder, marketing director for the CVB. “It also is a great way to show support to our local businesses and encourage people to try something new.”
Participating coffee shops include the following:
- Big Momma’s Coffee and Espresso Bar
- Brick & Mortar
- Classic Rock Coffee Co.
- Coffee Ethic
- Copper Canyon Coffee Roasters
- Country Girls Espresso
- Dancing Mule Coffee Co.
- Echelon Coffee
- Eurasia Coffee Co.
- Mudhouse Coffee
- Mug Shots Coffee
- Scooter’s Coffee
- Seattle Roast Coffee
- Travellers House Coffee & Tea
