Food and drinks go together like love and marriage, and Cellar + Plate does this very well! They have a menu filled with sharable plates. You can start your evening with a cheese plate or a wine flight, maybe the Cellar Board, filled with Italian meats, cheeses, nuts, and fruit. Main courses filled with pastas, grilled steaks and seafood and salad. Plus, they host wine-pairing dinners every month.

Ariake-Sushi and Robata

The moment you step inside Ariake, you are welcomed with a beautiful and inviting setting, preparing your palate for a journey into Japanese food like you have yet to dine on. The menu is filled with categories like a cold tasting menu that offers scallops infused with chili oil, and sliced bluefin tuna layered with fuji apple and ricotta.

They have a large variety of nigiri, sashimi, and sushi rolls, as well as baked sea bass, grilled steak, and wok-fried shishito peppers. Can’t make up your mind on what you want to eat? The Order Food & Drink

Snuggled inside of Hotel Vandivort in downtown Springfield, The Order understands the importance of curating dishes that not only taste great but look outstanding. They source local ingredients for their seasonal menus, with great items like the grilled rack of lamb, smoked duck breast, or even a wagyu smash burger. Their drink menu is just as impressive as the dinner menu. A wide variety of wine to chose from, as well as some great cocktails to enjoy.

The Garrison at Finley Farms

The Garrison Fried ChickenIf a cozy, private atmosphere is what you are looking for, look no further than The Garrison. Nestled beneath the Ozark Mill at Finley Farms, the Garrison is an intimate dining experience, that you won’t forget. You can dine inside where you can admire Howard Garrison’s artwork or grab a seat next to the fire on the patio with an awesome view of the Finley River.

The menu gives you the option of great appetizers, such as black garlic fries or bison tartare, and mains that offer crab cakes to pot roast. You can also order the Riverside Experience, a course meal served family-style for your table. The five courses allow you to dine on the Riverside Fried Chicken, sweet potatoes smothered in fried sage, black walnuts and smoked maple syrup, to rosemary pound cake for dessert.
