They source local ingredients for their seasonal menus, with great items like the grilled rack of lamb, smoked duck breast, or even a wagyu smash burger. Their drink menu is just as impressive as the dinner menu. A wide variety of wine to chose from, as well as some great cocktails to enjoy.

The Garrison at Finley Farms

The Garrison Fried ChickenIf a cozy, private atmosphere is what you are looking for, look no further than The Garrison. You can dine inside where you can admire Howard Garrison’s artwork or grab a seat next to the fire on the patio with an awesome view of the Finley River.

The menu gives you the option of great appetizers, such as black garlic fries or bison tartare, and mains that offer crab cakes to pot roast. You can also order the Riverside Experience, a course meal served family-style for your table. The five courses allow you to dine on the Riverside Fried Chicken, sweet potatoes smothered in fried sage, black walnuts and smoked maple syrup, to rosemary pound cake for dessert.
