State Rep. Sonya Murray-Anderson of the 131^st District recently presented Missy Handyside, General Manager of the Ramada Plaza Hotel, with a Missouri House of Representatives Resolution recognizing the hotel for its 2013 Best of the Best Award by Ramada Worldwide.   The resolution acknowledges the achievements and efforts of the locally owned hotel and recognizes the Ramada Plaza as  being an example of the best in the business.

“Receiving the Best of the Best award was an honor in itself, but to have our Missouri House of Representatives and Speaker of the House, Timothy W. Jones acknowledge our hard work and dedication to our industry is beyond words” said Handyside.

The Ramada Plaza Hotel accepted the Best of the Best award in September at the Wyndham Worldwide Conference in Las Vegas.  This is the third consecutive year the hotel has received this award and was named Wyndham Sales Team of the year in January.
