Staff changes are in the works at the CVB, including the retirement at the end of June of Karen Smith, finance/administration manager and resignation of Laura Whisler, vice president, who is planning to stay home with her children.

Please join us from 4-6 p.m. May 23 at Cantina Laredo, 4109 S. National Ave., to bid farewell to Laura and Karen as well as celebrate the promotions and hiring of others.

While we’re sad to see two valued staff members go, we’re pleased to announce the promotions of Sean Dixon to marketing director, Steve Ross to assistant marketing director and Shelly Grauberger to finance/administration manager and the hiring of our newest staff member, Tonia Castaneda, marketing assistant.
