Beginning April 9, all Missourians age 16 and up will be eligible for COVID-19 vaccination and can schedule to be vaccinated. A mega mass vaccination event will be hosted April 8-9 at the Hammons Student Center on the Missouri State University campus in Springfield.
Through April 8, only individuals in Missouri’s eligibility phases 1A, 1B and 2 are eligible for COVID-19 vaccination. All other Missouri citizens can schedule for this (or any other) event on April 9 and beyond. The vaccine that will be offered at the Springfield event is the one-dose Johnson & Johnson vaccine, which is authorized for those age 18 and up. Those not eligible as part of phases 1A, 1B and 2 cannot schedule an appointment for a date earlier than April 9. If those eligible in Phase 3 attempt to schedule an appointment on a date prior to April 9, it will be canceled.
Please note, appointment availability is extremely limited. If you do not see any events, this means all events in your region are full. If there are no appointments available or none that work for you, please select "None of these appointments work for me" to receive a reminder to schedule at a later date. Also, vaccine appointments are added daily, so you can check back periodically using the link below.
