Missouri State University is offering a course in sustainable hospitality this spring.  HSP 300 will focus on the benefits of sustainability, renewable energy, resilience to climate change and more.

This 3-hour credit course will be taught by an expert in the field, Dan Ruben, founder of Boston Green Tourism. Learn more about Dan here: https://www.greenlodgingnews.com/the-green-hotel-revolution/. He will teach on campus three or four times during the semester and the rest of the time on Zoom.

This course is also open to individuals eligible for the Missouri 62+ program. This program allows those 62 and older to take college courses as a non-degree-seeking student free of charge.
