Friday is the final day to update information for the 2020 Missouri Travel Guide produced by the Missouri Division of Tourism. The deadline was extended one week due to the tornado and flooding that caused a work slowdown in Jefferson City.

Please access your account at https://industry.visitmo.com/ and update your listing as soon as possible. Keep in mind that you may have multiple listings that require your attention. See the bottom of your account's main page to see those for which you are responsible. Listings that are Travel Guide eligible are Wineries, Breweries, Distilleries, Hotels/Places to Stay and Things to Do (except specialty/unique retailer). If you do not have an account, go to https://industry.visitmo.com/first-time-users.

Even if there are no changes on your listing(s), you must access and submit them. This action is very important because listings not updated since June 2018 may be excluded from the 2020 Travel Guide.

You will also notice on your account that new fields have been added for a marketing contact (name, title, phone number and email address). The division occasionally needs to contact destinations and attractions for content purposes (articles, social media, features for the Travel Guide, trip ideas), as well as inviting them to events, such as the Governor’s Conference on Tourism and other conferences and educational opportunities. The division will not share this information and that contact will receive no more than 6 emails per year.

If you have questions about updating your listing(s), please contact Alex Wilkshire at alexandra.wilkshire@ded.mo.gov.
