The CVB staff wishes to congratulation the DoubleTree by Hilton Springfield on receiving the Crystal Cookie Award presented by the DoubleTree by Hilton company.

For the second year in a row, the hotel has received the Crystal Cookie Award. The Crystal Cookie celebrates hotels that demonstrate an extraordinary commitment to embracing the brand's CARE culture and share that commitment with their local community.
