The Missouri Travel Council is offering a workshop titled “Cost Effective Positive Messaging! Exciting Tips to Promote Your Business in 2015!” from 9:45 a.m.-3 p.m. April 22 at the Hilton Garden Inn in Columbia.

The program will include sessions on Facebook advertising, public relations, managing your online reputation and more.
