Springfield-Branson National Airport will have two new non-stop flights beginning Nov. 19.
Allegiant Air is adding flights to Austin, Texas, and Punta Gorda, Florida, twice a week year-round, giving the airport a total of 15 non-stop destinations.
Allegiant Air is a low-cost airline specializing in flying to vacation destinations. The additions mean customers can now fly on Allegiant non-stop from Springfield to nine destinations:

Destin/Ft. Walton Beach (VPS)
Las Vegas (LAS)
Tampa/St. Petersburg (PIE)
Phoenix/Mesa (IWA)
Punta Gorda/Ft. Myers (PGD)
Austin (AUS)
Orlando Sanford (SFB)
Houston (HOU)
The airport is served by four airlines, including Allegiant, American, Delta and United. Along with those provided by Allegiant, non-stop flights are available to Charlotte, North Carolina; Chicago; Dallas/Fort Worth; Atlanta; Denver; and Houston, Texas.
