Kevin Lane Catering

When it comes to creating an outstanding meal for his customers, making a great memory that goes along with the food is just as important to Kevin Lane of Kevin Lane Catering. Growing up, his mom was a food influence on him, helping him understand what to expect in the food and service industry. With over 20 years experience, Kevin strives to bring you perfection when he cooks for you at your home. What kind of food can you expect to see Kevin prepare for you? There are two plates that make really shine when Kevin makes them. The Pomme Aligot dish is the pairing of potatoes with fondue-style cheese, that pairs perfectly with your main dish. The second dish is a decadent dessert, a bread pudding that is made from St. George's donuts. Kevin will use melted Andy’s Frozen Custard as the base for the custard on the bread pudding. Creating memories with food is Kevin’s goal, and I would say with dishes like these, his goals have been met.
