Advertising sales for the 2017 Visitors Guide are going at a brisk pace so if you want to be in the book, now is the time to act!
The publication distributed at the CVB’s tourist information centers, group events and other locations as well as mailed to visitors requesting information is undergoing a redesign into a magazine format that allows for more photos, stories and larger ads for businesses.
The bureau also sells advertising on its website, at the airport and the Expo Center.
Businesses that recently began reaching out to visitors through CVB marketing opportunities include the following:
- Itty Bitty City
- Prima’s Mexican Grill
- Route 66 Car Museum
- Theta Float Spa
- Welk Resort
Businesses that have already signed up for the Visitors Guide should log in to the partner extranet to confirm listing information is correct by Sept. 23. Ad artwork is also due by Sept. 23.
If you are not sure how to log in to the extranet or need advertising specs, contact Abby Terhark at aterhark@springfieldmo.org or 417-881-5300, ext. 121.
