The Springfield Art Museum will present its annual “State of the Museum” from 6-8 p.m. Aug. 20.

The presentation will be followed by a performance of Shakespeare’s “A Midsummer Night’s Dream” by Actors Theatre of Missouri in the museum’s outdoor amphitheatre.

London Calling Pasty Co. will provide concessions.
