Missouri State University's Collaborative Diversity Conference is scheduled for April 22 and is preceded by the Facing Racism pre-conference on April 21. Both virtual events are free and open to the public.

Irshad Manji, a bestselling author and lecturer, will focus on "How to Revive Dialogue in a Time of Deep Division." Manji was a professor of leadership at New York University for many years and now lectures with Oxford University's Initiative for Global Ethics and Human Rights. She founded  Moral Courage College, which teaches people how to engage productively about polarizing issues.
