The Missouri Travel Alliance is preparing for its 2019 auction set for Sept. 23-Oct. 4.

For that auction, the organization is asking travel and tourism entities to donate items that are auctioned off to help support the work of MTA throughout the year; items such as hotel overnights, tickets to attractions, unique local products, gift cards, etc. Items donated vary in value and in scope, but all are welcomed and truly appreciated.

The auction is second only to membership dues in providing funding for the organization’s programs and services. Last year,

Please note the following donation guidelines:

  1. Tickets, gift certificates, etc. should not expire prior to October 1, 2020.
  2. Any exclusions/stipulations for redemption should be clearly explained on the donation form.

Donors of auction items will receive acknowledgment and thanks for their support in the MTA weekly enewsletter, on the auction site and on the MTA website.
