If you enjoy meeting and talking to people, volunteering with the Springfield Convention & Visitors Bureau is for you! CVB volunteers staff hospitality tables and information centers and help out with groups and conventions. It’s a great way to welcome visitors to Springfield and share our warm hospitality. 

Our mission is to provide friendly assistance, and accurate information about Springfield and the surrounding area.
