The Arbor Suites Medical Mile has been reimagined and relaunched as The Bradford Hotel, an Ascend Hotel Collection® property. Located at 1260 E. Independence Street, The Bradford Hotel update was completed in late spring 2025, transforming it into a boutique-style destination featuring elevated design and distinctive guest experiences. The Arbor Suites at the Mall has been fully renovated and reopened as a MainStay Suites® hotel, providing long-term guests with modern accommodations and convenient amenities. Located at 1550 E. Raynell Place, the remodel began in 2024 and continued through the summer of 2025, focusing on upgrading guest rooms, enhancing common areas, and modernizing the property to meet the standards of Choice Hotels’ extended-stay brand.
