Congratulations to CVB staff member Carrie Chavez on 20 years of service to the CVB!

Chavez, event services manager, joined the CVB sales department in 2001. She is responsible for coordinating services, such as information tables, volunteers and information packets, for groups meeting in Springfield.

Carrie was recognized for her service with a plaque and accolades from her coworkers during the CVB's annual staff retreat on Nov. 4.
