Melissa Divincen is the new partner development manager for the Springfield, Missouri, Convention & Visitors Bureau.

Ms. Divincen is responsible for advertising sales in bureau publications and on the website. She also manages the Marketing Partnership Program, which provides CVB services for businesses outside Springfield city limits. She comes to the bureau from a position as assistant director of the Greater Springfield Area Sports Commission, an organization managed by the CVB.

Divincen, a native of Lake of the Ozarks, Mo., has a degree in business marketing from Drury University.
