Who says that deviled eggs have to be only available during the holiday season or even just at cook outs during the summer! I am a sucker for a good deviled egg. If I see it on a menu at a restaurant it is a guarantee that it will be on my plate. So let’s run down just a handful of spots that are offering wonderful deviled eggs on their menu.

JW’s Kitchen

JW's Kitchen Deviled Eggs

I love a great brunch spot and JW‘s has become one of those places that I frequently go to get one of my favorite items deviled eggs. The filling is tall and fluffy, topped with pickled jalapeños and mustard seed. They are creamy, savory, tangy, with just a touch of heat! I could make a meal out of these easy, they taste just as good as they look!

Georgia Macs

Georgia MacsGeorgia Macs understands that variety is the spice of life. That’s why you can order a full-blown deviled egg flight! The Devil Went Down to Georgia is their  flight of deviled eggs that I order everytime I go to Georgia Mac’s. A total of 8 deviled eggs, with 4 different flavors. Pimento Cheese, Cheesy Bacon, Garlic Sriracha, and Bourbon BBQ. For me, these are a MUST! My favorite is the garlic sriracha and bourbon bbq, but I’ll eat them all. There’s no better way to get your daily deviled egg intake then with this flight.

Vantage

Vantage Deviled Eggs

If you’re looking for some of the best views of downtown Springfield, while having some elevated deviled eggs, then you must head to Vantage and order the Bluecrab Deviled Eggs. Classic deviled eggs with lump blue crab, served with chips, chives, and hot sauce. First off, the presentation is very impressive. If you’re delivering me deviled eggs like it’s a platter of oysters, all on ice, I am in love! The blue crab was mixed into the filling with a great mustard/horseradish punch. The two droppers of hot sauce added an even larger punch, as I know one was Serrano hot sauce and it brought the heat. Mix that with a bite of those chips that were topped with some nice flaky salt, for the perfect bite each time!

Level 2 Steak House

Just when you think you cannot reinvent the wheel when it comes to deviled eggs Level 2 Steak House in Branson proves you wrong. They have fried deviled eggs on their appetizer menu that are filled with a parsley and caper filling with a sweet chili aïoli. Adding the crispy texture from the fry with a saltines of the capers makes for a wonderful by each time!
