Trailer Perk Coffee
Known for its brightly colored coffee trailer, Trailer Perk Coffee is shifting over to a brick-and-mortar location. They will bring all the delicious coffee you already know and love and expand the menu with many more scrumptious options.

MacCheesy's
Joplin’s macaroni and cheese king has its eyes set on Springfield for early 2023. MacCheesy’s will be opening its newest location to serve all the ooey gooey macaroni and cheese you can dream of. Don’t forget, you can turn any of these famous mac and cheeses into a grilled cheese on brioche bread that you can pair with a bowl of tomato soup or a salad.

Dublin’s Pass Irish Pub
The well-known Irish pub and restaurant in downtown Springfield is opening a second location in February in the building once home to Great American Taco Company on Battlefield Road. Before you know it, you will be able to enjoy those Reuben rolls, Scottish eggs and Cottage Pie on the east side of Springfield.

Casa Bella Mexican Cuisine
Casa Bella has just celebrated their one year anniversary of opening at South Campbell Avenue. They have even more reasons to celebrate, with a second location opening soon! The newest Casa Bella restaurant will be on Battlefield Road, at the site that once housed Jose Locos. With two locations in Springfield, you will have more access to all those tasty fajitas, enchiladas and margaritas.

Casper’s
After closing the doors of its famous Quonset hut location on Walnut Street in the summer of 2022. Casper’s is planning its reopening at the well-known site of Anton’s Coffee Shop on Glenstone Avenue. The new location will bring more seating, parking, and a drive-thru window. With renovations fully underway and almost complete, customers will be back at Casper’s enjoying chili and cheeseburgers before you know it.

Traza Contemporary
The beloved Catrina’s Modern Mexican Food owners are opening their newest project, Traza Contemporary, at Farmers Park. They will serve hand-crafted, international dishes as well as delicious cocktails. If Traza is anything like the insanely delicious Catrina’s, I assume it will be a big hit.

Ariake Sushi and Robata
From the owners of Kai, Haruno, and Karai Ramen + Handroll, Ariake Sushi and Robata will be the newest sushi restaurant to open its doors in Springfield. John Jung has been providing Springfield with mouthwatering culinary creations for years, and I can’t wait to see all the new menu items that come with Ariake Sushi once it opens its doors.

Seafood Express
Express Foods is already known as the premier seafood provider in the 417. Now, you will be able to access its great selection of seafood and cajun products at their newest storefront, Seafood Express. The new market will have live, fresh and frozen seafood with live crab and lobster tanks. There will also be a deli serving gumbo, lobster bisque and clam chowder. You can also get your hands on po’ boys, etouffee, smoked sausages, and smoked fish, all made in-house. Prepare to be transported to Mardi Gras when you walk in and see the décor and music, and enjoy some of the best and freshest seafood available in the Ozarks.

14 Mill Market
The restaurant scene in Nixa has been booming lately, with more to come. 14 Mill Market is planning to open this spring 2023. The concept is a food hall with many of your favorite local restaurants having locations on site. Not’cho Ordinary Taco, Queen City Soul Kitchen, Lindsey’s Kitchen and Fresh Poke are just a handful of great restaurants planning to open at the facility.
