This has been one of my go-to spots for many years, and I love Tandoori chicken,  Lamb vindaloo which brings the heat and of course a large selection of naan!

When the craving hits for butter chicken, Daal soup, and vegetable pakora and you are in Downtown Springfield, well there is only one spot to hit, Zayka! Zayka offers a cozy interior and a refined south Indian–north Indian menu. With fast service, a wide tea selection, and vibrant vegetarian and vegan offerings, it’s a crowd-pleaser that is for sure, plus, I love how friendly the staff are every time I visit!

If you love exploring an extensive menu or sampling items from their lunch buffet, Nawab's is your spot! The Lamb Korma is creamy, rich, and has mild heat, it pairs perfectly with the garlic naan and a cold mango lassi to cool down your mouth after each bite. The lunch buffet offers a wide variety of appetizers like tandoori chicken and onion pakora. While the main dishes and sides include butter chicken, chili chicken, mango chutney, and basmati rice!

India Palace Restaurant & Bar

The newest spot in Springfield serving delicious Indian cuisine, India Palace brings inventive dishes like pani puri which are crispy shells filled with chickpeas with spicy red and green chutney then served with shot glasses of flavored masala water. The lamb shank is also a must-try. It’s marinated and served in their special brown sauce that is rich and savory. The lamb falls off the bone and pairs great with the spicy bullet naan. Plus, they also have a great weekend buffet.

Fusion Eatz- Acai, Bowls & Wraps

Fusion Eatz is a vibrant Indian fusion spot that is serving wraps, bowls, and even tacos. The Curry Bowl is filled with fusion rice, curry gravy, masala onions, cilantro, and you can choose with chicken, beef, egg, or even paneer. Do not sleep on the Fusion Tacos. You can choose chicken, beef, egg, or paneer and then they fill the taco with veggies, and their house-made spicy or regular fusion sauce! They also have dessert handled, with their Açaí Bowls!
